Friendly staff willing to assist.
I was very disappointed with the lift access. My heavy suitcases had to be hauled up stairs just to get to it. The room was not clean, and the hair dryer malfunctioned after just 10 seconds. The coffee situation was frustrating as I only had one pod for my entire stay, which required purchasing more. Given the price, I expected more standard amenities.

The charming atmosphere wraps around you, with a lobby that feels like a cozy art gallery. My spacious Premium Double Room was filled with light and equipped with modern amenities. Plus, being just steps away from the metro meant I could easily explore nearby gems like the Pompidou Centre!

great location but a few cleanliness issues
The recent renovation of the room created a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The appliances were functional and of partly high quality, which added convenience to our stay. The city view from the room was delightful, making for a pleasant backdrop during our time there. It was situated in a quieter area that allowed for restful nights despite being close to the lively neighborhoods.

Stylish room, clean bathroom, well-designed amenities that include free wi-fi and air conditioning made my solo stay very comfortable, and being just a 5-minute walk from the Arts et Metiers metro station made exploring the city a breeze.
